Message to Husband....

Husband the next time you have the urge to make Macaroni and Cheese at 4:30 a.m
after getting home from a graveyard shift please don't leave it unattended to use the restroom.
It starts to boil over and then smoke and Yes, it simultaneously set off about 14 fire alarms in our house..Did I mention it was 4:30 a.m. Me and the girls were headed for our escape route. Seriously. Heart Attack.
For now on lets snack on things that can be made in the toaster or microwave.. Love you.

Settlement Canyon

We went up to Settlement for a dutch oven. Which was delicious if I might say so..
Justin and Jared and the kids all put together a friendly little game of stick ball. It was funny I think they chased off the other picnicker's by hitting the ball around right there in the park. No they did not look for a nice clearing, they played right in the middle of things.
Poor Lisa and Rod had waited for so long for everyone to show up, they spent an Hour and a half watching the road, and trying to decide if they should eat the rolls, or wait for everyone and risk hunger.
We decided to goof around with pictures, and do a pyramid. and then we just started to get way funny.We had a fun time, I didn't get a good pic of Nikki and Jared this time so I will post 2 next time to make up for it. Rod talked the whole time, so we all couldn't get a word in, but it was still fun. We will talk next time. Thanks ladies for a good time.

West Jordon Park

Me and Justin took the girls to The Park in West Jordon on Sunday, The one with the Big Wood Fort and Castle. Its a fun Park. Anyways it was a fun time, we all played a little. Its fun to try to think of new places to go with the girls.
The girls favored the Monkey bars, I tried, and my legs were going to tear off, or bone was breaking or something. I know my legs are not meant to hold my weight when gravitational pull is involved.

The park was a good Idea, anyone have good, cheap family outing ideas??

Ophir Saturday!

It was Ophir days on Saturday, as well as my Dads family reunion, it was fun we, walked through Ophir, and looked at the museum, and there was a little car show. They had some booths set up at the park. Then we went to the Vario park and visited with some of the Family.

It was a good day, I really love Ophir and I love spending time with my family.

Lagoon Day!

Justin thought he would start by cooling Wendy off. He didn't want her to get to hot in this heat, being the nice guy he is.

We spent the day at Lagoon last weekend, It was really fun, My kids first time.
It was a giant fortune to go, but worth the fun time we all had. We went with Nikki &Danny, Trina & Kids, Wendy & Kids, and Nikki & Jarrod with their kids.

Parker is a giant chicken like her mother, but we both tried to be brave. She tried the rides that scared her, like the Tidal wave and Lady Bug Bop. So I tried the Wicked and the Rocket.
We went on Rattle Snake Rapids when it was really getting hot and we all got soaked.

We drug in a cooler and sandwiches in an attempt to save money,and picnic'd on the lawn .


It has been alot of fun hanging out with my family so much lately. Thanks Nikki for the discount.
Next time lets hold out for a better one though.(discount)
