From Des Moines to Salt Lake!!!

HI GRANDPA JIM!! Wish You Were Here!!!
What a good visit we had with Grandma Linda, Justin's Mom spent 5 days with us, and we loved it. we were on the go most of the time.
A day at the park for the Family reunion it was fun to spend time playing at the park, the girls had a water fight with uncle Shaun, and Grandma Linda took them swimming.

We went to the Gateway with Greg , Amy and the kids we ate dinner at Z-Teja's and had cookies from Ben's YUM!! the kids played in the fountain and there was a Jazz Band finishing up,so we got to hear a couple songs.
The kids were having so much fun the authorities had to step in..(Uncle Shaun)

We loved having Grandma and seeing everyone in the family. What a good visit we had with Grandma Gayle , Uncle Dan and Brook. We really enjoyed spending time with Shaun and Melanie ,it shouldn't take a visit from Linda for us to get together, but it does. We can't wait to have Grandma back but maybe next time she will bring Grandpa Jim with her. We Love you Grandma(Mom) thanks for the visit..

HAPPY FATHERS DAY!! I LOVE YOU!!!

I wanted to dedicate this post to my handsome husband. I am so proud of him all the time. I love that he has many hobbies and he is definitely a guys guy. He likes to work hard and play harder. He makes me laugh , and would do anything for me.
He loves me almost as much as he loves fishing. He took a great trip to Neah Bay Washington last May and caught several of these beauties ( 15 lb. Ling Cod). This was one of those trips of a lifetime, that he plans to do again. Nothing beats 12ft. rolling waves in the ocean, or so he says.
He loves his 3 girls. He has his hands full ,we both do. I am proud of the dad he has become with them he is proud to be wearing pink boa's and having tea parties while watching Dora. Anything for his girls.

Did I mention Fishing, this is Ice fishing at Stawberry Reservoir. He doesn't take a season off. He hunts in the fall, goes camping and riding wheelers and dirt bikes in the summer and Fishes the other 4 seasons. I know I said 4 . I meant to. I am very proud of him, there is nothing he can't do. I am happy to be sharing my life and my family with him. I am so glad that every moment in the last 10 years have been with him. I Love You Justin...

ROUGH RIDERS

Wendy, Nikki, Trina and I decided to meet at McDonalds for lunch with the kids. I picked up some pink cupcakes with little ladybug and butterfly rings to kindof celebrate Mad and Moe's B-day. We didn't officially do a party for them so I thought it would feel special. It must have been bike weekend or something there was swarms of motorcycle's and Bikers everywhere. I walked in and two big tough biker started joking that I had brought dessert. Me and Trina walked through to the play area, and was kindof laughing about it. I decided to take both of them in a cupcake. I told them, "You can have these cupcakes on the condition that you let me take a picture of two big tough bikers eating pink cupcakes with cute little bug rings."
The one they call, The Snake, says "hell! I'll do it." They both grabbed their rings and put them on and posed for a picture. What good sports. They thanked me for the treat. I guess BIG TOUGH BIKERS have a soft side too. We'll they eat bugs every time they ride they're not afraid of no pink cupcakes.. and they'll cut anyone who says otherwise. Let's Ride...... Vroom Vroom!!
THANKS GUYS ! you sure gave us something to smile about.

JUST THE GIRLS!

JUKEBOX JAMZ WAS JAMMIN"

We Dj'd Sunset Ridge Junior High's 9th Grade dance on Friday. What an awesome group of kids, they were all so quick to dance and enjoy themselves. I was very impressed with them. We were doing so good all the kids were out dancing and tragedy struck. Someone tripped our speaker, ripped out jacks right out of the back. We were thrown out of business. It was a nightmare, the last 40 minutes we scrambled to figure out how to save the dance. To Sunset Ridge Junior High, we appologize, it was out of our hands. To the uptight principle, the kids are a different generation than you are and the beach boys aren't that hot right now.

After the $600.00 dollar purchase of 2 new speakers we had to be at a wedding 2 hours later to dj, for Ronnie and James. Their wedding was up the Canyon, and it was really beautiful. I was really impressed at how nice it all came together. It was a fun group and everyone was excited to participate. I wish nothing but the best to Mr. and Mrs. Chrish.. Congratulations, to both of you..
