24th of July

K... so i look like a firework, I know ,I know what the heck right. Flattering pics. Well we had a bbq at Wendys it was way fun, Me, Kimby and Trina was trying to take pictures
while in flight, stupid, but funny.
Kim looks like that move we all remember in Dirty Dancing. Trin looks like an ice skater.
He just looks guilty. right.

We all ate and laughed. Mike and Danny lit fireworks and nearly caught each other on fire a couple times. What action, its all fun and games til' someone gets burned. funny stuff though.

Me and Nikki had to pose for our pic. We are usually behind the camera not posers.
Cute kimby. I had fun with all my neices but didn't get pics of everyone.

The Cove

We spent the evening at The Cove in Herriman on Monday. We had such a good time.
The girls had such a good time catching the little Blue Gill fishes. Madison had the 1st catch.
Morgan and Parker both had a big catch too. Justin is so proud Parker can cast like Bass fisherman was her calling. One Proud Papa.
Justin and myself were having a great time, the girls were begging us to go at the end of the day.

There's a cute park there and we brought sandwiches from our favorite deli and picnic'd while we were there.


Justin was having as much fun as the girls. I think he was playing fireman but he claimed it was the only way down but that doesn't explain the siren noises. jk babe. your cute.

Therapy

Okay I am using this post as my therapy today. So here goes... I am one of those people who never thinks ahead but wishes I had been more prepared later on. I am going to cry a little now. My big Sister is going through something I can't imagine. The Big D. yep! you heard it Divorce. Wendy and Russ are really going to do it. They have had a rough couple of years on and off, but this time its real. no take backs. I can't imagine having a new path laid out before me like that and 4 kids in tow. I know she can do it, I know she is strong and she will surprise herself. I am sad to see her go through this, and sad to lose Russ who has been a member of our family for so long, and we still love despite everything, but know that all of this happens for a reason. There is a new beginning waiting for Wendy. I want her to know I never meant to out her problems but I know the support she will receive will be great. I also know everyone is already thinking of who they can set her up with when she's ready. Tall , Handsome and Rich right. I love you Wendy, and I hate what you are going through but I am very curious what lies ahead. What a beautiful person she is, and with 4 wonderful kids. Someone will be really lucky to be a part of this.

Bullriding

Aunt Teresa Hooked us up with Professional Bull riding tickets. Me, Justin, The Wilson's and Wendy it was a good time. Bull riding is the best part of the Rodeo anyway.
This was pretty cool, a little show for half time while the riders go wipe the blood off.

There was some awesome rides, I would be interested in riding a mechanical bull but not one of these guys.
We had a fun time laughing with Mom and John and Wendy. We don't get together enough with the Wilson's. Thanks for coming along. YeeHaw!

4th of July weekend..

Toothless Park lost another tooth, so now she looks too funny.
We had a 20 minute rain storm that left us a double rainbow.. I think it is a sign of good luck..
husband and Mike took the kids fishing for a minute, but no bites. We spent 1 night @ Grantsville Dam and 2 nights @ Vernon reservoir. it was a nice place to camp.

It got a little warm, so everyone decided to cool down in the water, Husband, Danny and Mike were giggling like kids.

Wendy and I decided to play with the birds. We were feeding them bread and they started to swarm, it was a little scary, but kind of cool that they would get so close.

Morgan was protecting herself from all the older boy cousins, she was packing a weapon.
Madison thought the lake was too fun, and she loved being with the older kids.
It was alot of fun with the family. We don't do it often enough. We had some good laughs, and relaxed. The kids all love each other, and they play so good together. I'm happy they all are growing up close, I had some close cousins growing up and I'm happy my kids are experiencing that. What a good weekend.

4th of july parade

Madison, Morgan and Toothless Park. waiting patiently for it all to begin.

The Tooele Parade was 2 hours long but fun Me and Husband watched our first parade together. He has worked through it for like the last 7 years or something.
Parker , Wendy and Huck were all asked to hand out water to the marathoners. Parker thought it was so exciting. As they grabbed the cup it would sometimes dump on her. she would just giggle.
the kids finally quit picking up candy half way through the parade. There was just too much of the stuff.
Husband was really patriotic, and happy to be there.

There was a small delay and the parade stopped for like 10 minutes so Me and Wendy and Nikki joined in and danced in the road and entertained the waiting crowd. I feel like we were an added bonus to the parade.
