Favorite things....

I thought just like Oprah & Lacy I would post my favorite things...

1. I will start with New York Nails. They are the best, nothing fancy about the salon but awesome nails.
2. I love Starbucks and Beans & Brews often
3. I love Country Time Lemonade single packets in my water bottles.. Luv Luv Luv
4. I love hundred calorie packs
5. I am a purse girl T.J Max & Ross are my favorite places to look, always looking for a new purse always
6. New Jeans. Favorite thing to buy & you can't beat a good pair of jeans. (Big Star & Lucky are two of my favorites)
7. The Gateway... I love going there, even if I'm not shopping , Z Gallery I could live in there and buy the whole place though and the Spinach dip at California Pizza Kitchen Yum!.
8. I Love Toby Keith love...
9. I love Ruby River pricey but delicious.
10. I love gold Canyon Candles Fruity scents in the spring and Summer, spicy and homey in the fall & Winter.

I guess I could be, a white trash yuppie, I wish I could give everyone samples but Oprah makes a little more money than I do. So these are some of my favorite things.

1st day of Kindergarten

The girls started kindergarten on Monday, and they were soooo excited. I think it was about 5:30 a.m when they asked if they could start getting ready I explained we didn't go until 12:30 but they could hardly control themselves. They were not a bit scared to go and didn't have any problems with me leaving them behind.

I was a bit surprised when I pulled up to the school and they jumped out of the car and said bye, without any idea of where they were headed. What confidence. I think they are so brave as a team. They were really brave, and was excited to pick out their own outfits. I think they Will do well, I hope them being in the same class doesn't effect their developing as individuals. We finished the first week today, and they seem to be doing well, they have been playing separately with different friends. So I'm hopeful. Good luck Mad and Moe. August 22nd

11 years ago, today I married the Love of my life. Thank you so much for my life with you, I have no regrets. We had a great day, We went to Texas roadhouse, Justin wanted Beef. We walked thru South Town Mall , it wasn't romantic but it was a great time to just shop and laugh and hang out. That's why I love him because I enjoy myself with him no matter what we are doing.

Your too cute, Justin Michael Smith... I Love You! Thanks again for 11 years.

Grandma Linda came to visit

Grandma Linda came to visit from Des Moines , and see uncle Shaun graduate the Police Academy. It was so good to see her and it was so cool to be part of Shaun's graduation.
The girls got a chance to play in Grandma Gayle's Hot tub, and had a blast. What a fun day we had at Grandma Gayle's.

Aunt Melanie is always a good sport to let me tease around with Shaun. It was fun to hang out with everyone. Thanks for such a fun week. Next time maybe Grandpa Jim will come.

2nd grade

Are You Kidding Me? I have a second grader.. Monday the 18th was the first day of school for Parker she looked so big all of the sudden and was excited to be going. Good luck Honey, with the new school year.
